Lucky for downtown dwellers, the luxury rental apartment building trend isn't stopping anytime soon. In fact, three new spots have recently pened--each boasting top-of-the-line features (think wine refrigerators and wide-plank flooring) and state-of-the-art fitness centers (we're loving the Peloton bikes and on-deman fitness classes). But we wanted to knwo: What makes these three destinations stand out from the crowd? We break it down.
Number of units: 490 units, 57 floors
Over-the-top amenities: Optima Signature boasts four dedicated amenity levels (more than 1.5 acres!) with resort-inspired luxuries and athletic facilities. Think indoor and outdoor pools; three sun-deck terraces with firewside lounges, private dining areas, cabanas, fire pits, bars and televisions; a state-of-the-art fitness center with a Wellbeats virtual workout studio; indoor and outdoor play areas for children; indoor and outdoor dog parks with grooming facilities; and even a car wash service for residents. Designed by world-renowned architect David Hovey, Optima Signature even has a Hovey sculpture on display in the courtyard.
What really sets it apart: That would be the basketball, squash and bocce courts. Plus, a golf simulator and putting green on the seventh floor. Oh, and did we mention the in-building access to Whole Foods?
